The film is stylish but empty-handed and the film is too cliched and simplistic to break any new ground and even though the movie is stylish it still lurges in the gutter and is punctuated by a even sillier novel touch such as Seagal wielding razor sharp credit cards and him wearing prayer beads as he's supposed to be a monk/cop.
