| Death Hunt (1981) Cast:Charles Bronson,Lee Marvin, Carl Weathers,Andrew Stevens,Ed Lauter Charles Bronson stars as a trapper who is forced to fight and survive in the cold tundra of Canada while being hunted by Marvin in this well directed and slick actioner. Death Hunt is basicly solid fare from Bronson, which is always lovely to look at and full of adventure. Bronson and Marvin are effective in their roles plus the movie is a nail biter, except towards the end when a lame ending and a climax which doesn't know when to call it a day gets in the way of the overall fun factor. Still though I'd have to rate Death Hunt as one of Bronson's best, let alone the best made Bronson movie of the 80's. D.Peter Hunt *** |
