| Deadly Force (1983) Cast:Wings Hauser, Joyce Ingalls,Lincoln Kilpatrick Wings Hauser stars as an edgy cop (You know the kind) who goes to Los Angeles to take down a serial killer who leaves an X on the forehead of his victims, while making his ex-wife fall in love all over again. The only thing deadly about this movie is how boring it is. Ever watch a movie which feels like a 70's TV show (The music alone is enough to kill this film) plus Wings is really dull in the film. He gives the film no grit that he usually puts in his roles, the only novel touch this film has is that it maybe the first film ever to feature a cop pay a madman to not blow himself up. Other then that you've seen this all before and done with much more energy. Infact guessing the serial killer's identity is so easy and the unlikely you can only die from boredom. It's not sleazy enough, it's not violent enough and it certainly isn't fun enough to be anything but terrible. Wings Hauser is incredibly talented but this is one of his lamest efforts to date.
