CIA:Code Name Alexia (1993)

Cast:Lorenzo Lamas,Kathleen Kinmont,O.J Simpson

Lorenzo Lamas stars as a CIA agent who forces a mercenary to join him in his pursuit to take down a groupof terrorists in this action-packed yet incredibly awful actioner that is so moronic that you almost need a helmet to watch it.

The problem with
CIA is that it's so plotless it defies mere words, things happen but the viewer doesn't even care because the movie is so badly done that it's truly hideous. This is especially disappointing when considering that the director did The Sweeper and Last Man Satanding, unfortunately his directing style turns sour here mainly because Jeff Wincott and C.Thomas Howell are oscar winners when compared to Lorenzo Lamas.

Lorenzo Lamas is probably one of the worst actors in the genre and here his typically awful presence is felt since his acting ability is about as invisible as this movie's plot, infact  Lamas lacks any of the spark or even the presence to hold this glue together, Lamas is definitely no Charles Bronson, indeed he's no Don "The Dragon" Wilson either.
CIA is piece of crap, plain and simple a worthless excercise in futility that fails on all levels. To give you an excuse on how awful the movie is, consider that O.J Simpson is the best thing about it. This could pass for science-fiction for this fact. D.Joseph Merhi *
