| Black Out (1996) Cast:Brian Bosworth, Brad Dourif,Claire Yarlett Brian Bosworth stars as a pleasant banker who suffers an injury that gets him to start remembering his past, unfortunately people are now coming out of the woodwork to kill him and when they get to his wife, Bosworth swears vengeance in this competently acted but ultimately routine genre outing. I guess one should perhaps give points for the fact that this isn't the worst movie out there on the shelf, certainly Brian Bosworth fans will want to check it out, but I myself found it to be a completely run of the mill actioner without any personality to have it stick out from the crowd. Sure Bosworth actually gives a reasonable performance and the actionscenes are competently staged but it still supports the same plot that has been done too many times before. So as it goes with Black Out, we have a movie that is so mediocre it defies words.
