| Bells Of Innocense (2003) Cast:Chuck Noris, Mike Norris Chuck Norris stars as an angel (!) named Matthew who lends ample support in helping a group of plane crash survivors against a demonic town in which Satan as a hold over, now the three men must stay strong in faith or else they may lose their souls. Admittedly I had low expectations for this release but it turned out to be one of Norris' better titles, indeed much better then his Hellbound. That being said though this movie works well enough because of the creepy atmosphere which this movie operates on, true some of it gets far too ridiculous but this gets a recommendation alone on the fact that it's so bizarre. Think about a movie which casts Chuck Norris as an angel, as well as a cult right out of Troll 2 (One of the best so bad their good movies) and a Children Of The Corn type story and you have one of the strangest movies ever made. I'm not sure if I can say this is a good movie because Chuck Norris doesn't do any fighting or fire a gun (He is an angel afterall, although he does brandish one) but on mere strangeness factor this movie entertains. Plus it has a few moments of suspense, mainly though this kept me watching because of how bizarre so if you want something totally off the wall give this one a try.D. Ali Bijan*** |
