| AVENGING FORCE(1986) Cast:Michael Dudikoff,Steve James,John P. Ryan,Karl Johnson,Bill Wallace,James Booth .Dudikoff stars as a rancher taking care of his sister and grandfather who happens to foil an assassination attempt on a senator who happens to be his best friend (Steve James) then becomes marked for death himself by the group called pentangle in this intense nail biter. Avenging Force has one of the best climaxes in action movie cinema as Dudikoff takes on the pentangle guys one on one. What distinguises Avenging Force from other revenge flicks of this type is the strong racial case it makes. The villians are so good that when they utter the N-word it puts a chill up your spine. Avenging Force is indeed a movie that has a lot of kick to it. Avenging Force isn't perfect but when the film is relocated to Dudikoff's ranch things pick up and the film becomes an engrossing and shocking action film that is more powerful than in any action film that has come out for awhile. When I say shocking I mean how the movie isn't affraid to pull any punches. Avenging Force is a movie that has a lot of force to the proceedings, the movie's action is well staged and the politics are in complete reverse with that of a Death Wish sequel however what's so admirable about Avenging Force is that it doesn't make excuses for what stance it takes, Avenging Force just keeps coming and the result is a suspenseful tale that will electrify fans of the genre..
