| American Ninja 3:Blood Hunt (1989) Cast:David Bradley,Steve James,Marjoe Gortner,Michelle Chan Awful follow up to the popular series has the "American Ninja" Bradley replacing Dudikoff in this landfill actionflick . Bradley is a really bad actor and makes Dudikoff seem oscar worthy (least Dudikoff didn't talk much) Steve James is the only thing that makes AN3 rise above the "BOMB"Category. The first American Ninja movies offered at least some good action scenes but American Ninja 3 offers little but inept fights that are strictly onesided what even fares worse then these senseless fights is the acting which is truly something else with only Steve James as the only decent actor here, but even he is slumming and looks somewhat bored by the movie. David Bradley is about as expressive as wood and is a copy of Dolph Lundgren except the fact that Dolph has more charisma in his finger than Bradley has in his whole body and in the action scenes the camera angles are terrible and the directing stumbles from one pointless point to another. When it comes to the fightscenes Bradley often looks laughable in action, he also sports a hilariously bad mullet which furthermore transcends this into unwatchable territory. Indeed Steve James is the only redeeming thing in this awful sequel which is why I say avoid this one and rent American Ninja 2..if your starved for ninja action which this one fails to deliver on any account.
