By some unusual phenomenon [hence, this issue], Raya's Solstice unit is found in the beaches
of Palawan which is now ragged with post-war scrap. Consider this a late summer special, coz you
could see them in their swimming outfits showing off their toned, trained bodies...nyehehe...
Breaking the silence are three missiles fired making the city go BAKU!!! [don't ask me...] The
three-man Solstice unit recognize the attacker as the PS-001, Lt. Herrera's mech unit... It has
been possessed by an AT-01 unit... goes totally beserk...and let the reminiscing begin. ^_^

Art and story by Taga-ilog
Flats: Evil Dexter
Elijah Medina and Samantha Romero, fellow 3rd year students at Macopa High School, but from
another class. Elijah is the artistically inclined who waits patiently for the bell, ready with
his pencil and sketchpad, to draw prettiest face in school [Clarissa... surprise, surprise!]. Of
course, SPC intervenes, and out comes a veeery sweet ending.

Storyby Jescie James L. Palabay
Art by Elmer A. Damaso
Colors by Evil Dhex and the CCCOM Team
Parody. Definitely. The story picks up from the end scene of Pasig 5 [Isiah and Dante
outside the Pasig Manunubos center thingie]. Mina tries to intervene.... getting Dante and
herself in a jail cell... in their undies?!?! [heheheheh...butiki boxers...]
Ye-ep... well. After a surprising revelation by Dante, *g* they finally get out of their cell
[heheheh... golden pistols...] and Dante breaks the doorway to a Roman coliseum where Charen
awaits. Dante wins their final face-off [in this ish], and so all the Esclabo people are now
free, thanks to the courageous leadership of Dante. ...yeeey...*clapclapclap*

Everything done by Jerard Beltran
T'was the cave that Spot built... Ultimate parody. You just gotta laugh at all the
pick-up lines Karin used for the non-SD L-GIN [Oh romeo, my romeo, mi el filibusterismo...].
Wendy Acosta... new charater in this chapter, with her alalay-bodyguard[?] Volt Ampirs
[sumkinduvva walking talking electrifying armor]. Oh yeah, everybody speaks in rhyme [or at
least tries to...].

AXN Animation Festival 2001
Well, this event is past, but... since it *is* an article, might as well put it here...
AXN held an Anime Festival last July 7, 2001 at SM Megamall with Mahiro Maeda-sensei as their
guest of honor. Lotsa stuff happened, but the main feature was the cosplay where the winner will
win a trip to HongKong to compete in the final judging. And that winner was JM Chua, who
cosplayed as Hajime Saito of Rurouni Kenshin.

Helpful Hints on How We Draw Anime Anatomy
It's Memer-san's turn! He, as the title suggests, gives tips on drawing anatomy! the three
steps presented in this article makes it look simple enough... but of course these are HINTS,
not a tutorial. So it's just an overview of how they, the experts, do it.
Do you watch AXN? If you do, then I suppose you've seen the AXN Anime Action Strip Contest
commercials, ne? See those sample strips in the background? Well, guess what? CCCom made 'em!
Galing, no? Sobrah!

This cool local band plays Japanese songs!! If you haven't heard about 'em, then... uhm...
research! But enihoo, CCCom had problems with their computer so they lost the article by Bernie
Sim...But they apologize for that and they'll try to make it up next time ^_^ In the meantime,
they provided the lyrics and chords to "Beautiful Alone", first opening song to Weiß Kreuz
[better known as Knight Hunters dito sa P'nas].

Lotsa lotsa lotsa fan art! Note: CCCom Graffiti is, like, the CCCom fanart section, and the
"Yes! Da Filipino Ken!!!" is the original/other fanart section.
And even MORE fan Comics! They're really cool... the one entitled Sweet Surrender looks real
good. WAAAIT! Before you send any more comics/manga, CCCom recommends that you send COMIC STRIPS
instead. They've got a good point, coz they can feature lots more in the limited space and the
readers could enjoy them more! Ne? Ne?? Specifics found here.
