MYRA HANDOG- PIMENTEL
Myra was one of the most popular coeds during our high school days.  Boys from senior and younger batch could not help but express their admiration for her .  Her black and straight mane was one of her assets  not to mention her pair of  almost perfect legs and smooth complexion.  She wore spectacles at an early age due to her fondness and passion  in reading and crocheting.
If Nancy was always present on stage to sing, Myra, on the other hand,  was also there not singing though but dancing.
As a friend, she is always there when you need her, ever-ready to give her advice and understanding .The distance did not matter.   She is always true to her words and a very loving and responsible daughter and sister to her family.  She is a lady who is very close to God.  I remember those days when her Mom was in a very critical condition and she went home to be with her.  She never failed to visit Mama Mary in Baclaran and offer her prayers.
She spent her college days at Philippine Women's University taking up BS in Food Technology, together with Emely.  She migrated to the US in  1984 and pursued a career with Nestle.
A very successful career woman but still finds quality time to spend with her husband Alex , son Kevin and daughter Alexia.  They now reside in Hanford, California but visit the Philippines every now and then.
Myra, though million miles away from us,  has always been very supportive of our activities for the DPA Class 76-A thru her financial assistance.
Myra, thanks for everything and keep up the good work!
