COMPANY
Incorporated
on March 10, 1975 with the main business of assembly and distribution
of Hino trucks, bus chassis and spare parts. Pilipinas Hino, Inc. (PHI) is a joint venture
corporation among Filipino
investors and Hino Motors, Ltd. and Marubeni Corporation of Japan.

As a participant in the
government's Commercial Vehicle Development Program (CVDP), we are
principally engaged in the assembly and distribution of quality Hino
trucks and buses in the Philippines. In response to the strong demand
for vehicles, we have included Suzuki vans and jeeps in our product
line.

The company has already
exported bus bodies to selected foreign countries. It shall continue
to do so and shall develop more automotive-related products for
export. Lately, we have added generator sets and industrial engines
to our product lines.

Through aggressive
marketing and innovative products and services, PHI has consistently
secured its place among the country's top 300 companies.

Among the country's
leading automotive companies, PHI holds 35% of Category 4 and 5
(6,001 kilograms GVW and up) of the CVDP.
