I am trying to create a site to put my view or how I understand the
Bible on the last days of the bible. I am open to different view's and
stand to be corrected, but show me with scripture.

  I have studied the traditional way, and they explain it away by there own
thinking and by concrete view's, or man's thinking, not spiritual, and not in the tradition of the 1st century teaching the Lord tells us to follow. Thus, they nullify the Word of God.

  I don't think this has anything to do with a person's salvation, but I
think that it's dividing the church and causing a lot of confusion. It is
keeping us from walking in love. I believe in what the bible says, and try
to keep it spiritual and try to walk after the Spirit in truth and love. As a man thinks so is he.

  What this study is about mainly is the second coming of Christ, when and
how. Understanding the scriptures in what they are saying, not explaining
them away. The truth is what sets us free. We are battling the devil now.
Its a spiritual battle, not against flesh and blood. If we are walking
after the Spirit in truth and especially in love, We walk by faith and not by sight, we can know and do the whole thing by walking in the love and forgiveness of Christ, by His mercy. If you have not love, it don't count.

  Christ came to you when you excepted Christ; we are growing in Christ now. We are putting off the old and putting on the new. Christ is ruling and
reigning now, and will until all things are put under His feet and the
kingdoms of this world becomes His. Only then we will be all in one Spirit.
In the mean time, Jesus is sitting on His throne Judging His people. He
is our High Priest, Lord, and everything. It is Him that is doing the work
in us.

What do we have that we haven't received from Him? When we were born again, we received the Holy Spirit, the baptism of Fire. It is by this that he separates the wheat from the chaff by the Spirit. We walk by faith and not by sight. This can only come from trusting in Him, and leaning not unto our own understanding.

  Come out of this world and you won't receive any of her plaques. The
great tribulation is for unbelievers and those that don't obey the good
news. It brought us to Jesus. Let go and let God. Trust in Him to direct
your path. He is renewing, melting, and making all things anew. Like He
told Paul, don't kick against the pricks. (Acts 26:14)

  Prov 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: And with
all thy getting get understanding.

Most commentators that are studying the preterits view tie everything in with 70 AD. And say everything is finished, I think everything was fulfilled pertaining to the Law and the Old Covenant. I believe, He was speaking about The Lords Day.
   I don't think He was speaking about the temple alone, standing at the end time. Although I think it was destroyed, and the ending of the Old Covenant, but I think that was just the start of the Day of the Lord. And the doing away with the old, and reconciling everything to Himself.

   I think that just brought in the Day of Vengeance. And the Day of Deliverance, Which I think is the same day. I believe that the day of the Lord, Is the way the Lord humbles us, and brings us to Himself. He is our Ark, our refuge, the separating of the wheat and the tares.

 And we are being caught up with Him now, going though tribulation, knowing that is the way we enter the Kingdom through much tribulation, by growing and trusting in Him, to do the work in us, running the race to the end. For the high calling of God. Its finished, The last thing we conquer is death.

  All though His GRACE through Faith in Him. And waiting for the Day of Christ, the full redemption, And receiving a body like unto His.

  1 Pet 3:22 Now Christ has gone to heaven. He is seated in the place of honor next to God, and all the angels and authorities and powers are bowing before him.

Dan 4:30 And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:

Isa 61:2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;
  3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.

"All seek their own and none seek the things of Christ." Why was this so? Do we not see the same in our day? Have we not each one experienced zeal without knowledge?  Is it not time to seek the Lord to come in judgment in our own hearts and destroy root and branch of the man of sin in each of us that we might be experientially transformed into the everlasting Kingdom and Love of the Father?  Even so come Lord Jesus!

Joseph A. Farrell

  I think He is the great judge, and is giving to everyone according to
their deeds now. He said no one knows the day or the hour, but who the
Father gives to Him, He won't lose a one. This is the temple He is building now. And destroying ail that come against the Word of God. Will try to explain and give links to where I am studying.

  Mostly I am studying on the computer using Parsons software. Before that I just had books all over the house trying to compare scripture with scripture.  OK, now to try to tie it in, and put it together.

New Jerusalem:

  I Believe when Christ said it was finish on the cross, He fulfilled the Word concerning Himself in the Old Testament as the Messiah. Which all the Saints in O. T. were looking for that day when the Messiah would come.  And us that are on this side of the cross are looking back at the cross, for forgiveness. All of us being descendants of Abraham, the Father of Faith.
In which the World as already been judge.  Like the devil as already been judge.
Lord's Day is one continuous day .  Starting with the coming of John the Baptist preparing the way for our Lord.  Now the Lord must reign until all things have been put under His feet.

 Rom 16:20  And the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.
John 16:11  Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

Heb 4:12  For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
 13  Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
 14  Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.
 15  For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.
 16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

 (I believe that Jesus is our Savor and He is the Word, and He is delivering us by His Word, and is judging us to bring us to Himself.  All our trails and tribulation and testing we can count all joy, If you keep the two-edged sword in mind, coming out of darkness, and into the light by the Spirit of the Lord. And keep it spiritual, yet not walking after the law but after the Spirit, you can see how He is working with us by judging us to want to follow Him and put off the old and put on the new.
  By believing and trusting in Him. He is the author and finisher of our faith.)

(Keep it spiritual, yet not walking after the law but after the Spirit, you can see how He is working with us by judging us to want to follow Him and put off the old and put on the new.  By believing and trusting in Him. He is the author and finisher of our faith.)
John 6:28  Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?
29  Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

 Zec 14:6  On that day the sources of light will no longer shine,
7  yet there will be continuous day! Only the LORD knows how this could happen! There will be no normal day and night, for at evening time it will still be light.  Zec 14:8,9; Jer 23:20; Mat 24:50,51; Rev 3:3; Isa 30:26;Ho 3:5.
 2 Cor 3:17   Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
 Joh 6:63 "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.
 1Co 15:45 So also it is written, "The first MAN, Adam, BECAME A LIVING SOUL." The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.
 46  However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural; then the spiritual.
 (I believe the Lord's Day is one continuous day .  Starting with the coming of John the Baptist preparing the way for our Lord.  Now the Lord must reign until all things have been put under His feet. All judgment has been given to Him. All that receive Him are made anew by the Born again experience. Then when we die or everything has been put under His feet then we will see Him face to face and receive a body like unto His.  (Phil 3:21
 I Believe this to be the Day of Christ which is the end of Day of the Lord. And then we will spend eternity.  All being in one Spirit, with our Lord,  all being reconcile by the Father Almighty. 2 Cor 5:19)
The Lord's Day is for the unbeliever clammily, God wrath, But for the believer deliverance.
John the Baptist is the Coming of Elijah:  John was predestine to go in the Spirit of Elijah. Read Luke 1:1-80.  EspeciallyLuke 1:13-17. Then go to Mal 3:1 and see how Malachi prophesied the coming of the massager, which was John the Baptist. Coming in the spirit of Elijah. Then go to Mal 3:2 and see the Lord coming in judgment. Then go to Mal 4:1,2 to see how that day will be both judgment and deliverance.
  Then go to Mal  4:5 to see WHEN this is going to happen, and what that day is Malachi is talking about. And then go to Joel 2:31,32 and see what that great day will be. And how it ties in with Mat 24:29. And Zep 1:14; Acts 2:20,21  showing us what Jesus was speaking about when He was talking about the great and terrible day.

   If you don't see this, maybe it because you don't have eyes to see. Or ears to hear. ( Mat 13:15.16) We have to seek, and ask God, What have we got that we haven't receive.  The bible says to ask God for wisdom. (James 1:5 )

Proverbs says to get wisdom and with all thy getting get understanding . (Prov. 4:7;Mat 13:44,45,46)

 Mat 17:10  And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come?
11  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.
12 But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.
13  Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.
  Mat 11:14  And if ye will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come.

 Mal 3:1  Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: And the Lord, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: Behold, he shall come, saith the LORD of hosts.
 Mal 4:5  Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:

Mal 4:2   "But" for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture.
3  On the day when I act, you will tread upon the wicked as if they were dust under your feet," says the LORD Almighty.

 Isa 27:12 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall beat off from the channel of the river unto the stream of Egypt, and ye shall be gathered one by one, O ye children of Israel.
13  And it shall come to pass in that day, that the great trumpet shall be blown, and they shall come which were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and the outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the LORD in the holy mount at Jerusalem. Ezek 33:1-4
 Isa 56:8  The Lord GOD which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.

Rom 4:16  For this reason it is by faith, that it might be in accordance with grace, in order that the promise may be certain to all the descendants, not only to those who are of the Law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all,
17  (as it is written, "A FATHER OF MANY NATIONS HAVE I MADE YOU") in the sight of Him whom he believed, even God, who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist.

Eph 2:8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9  Not of works, lest any man should boast.
10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

See the differences in God's Wrath, and God's deliverance, We are doomed, without hope, under the Law & condemned , until we call on the name of the Lord.

 Joel 2:28  And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
29  And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit.
30  And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
31  The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come.
32  And it shall come to pass, thatwhosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.

Mark 13:24  But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
25  And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.
26  And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
27  And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

SeeEzek 36:24-36. See how the Lord is working with us now, destroying, working and making us anew.

Psa 18:1-50; Micah 7:15; Acts 3:25  "It is you who are the sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with your fathers, saying to Abraham, 'AND IN YOUR SEED ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH SHALL BE BLESSED.'
26  "For you first, God raised up His Servant, and sent Him to bless you,  by turning every one of you from your wicked ways."

John 12:26  If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honor.

  If you can accept this then we can say the Day of the Lord .  Will both be a day of judgment and of deliverance and it was here and has been since that generation that Jesus was speaking to.

  Malachi concluded his prophecy with a promise of the coming of the Messiahs forerunner, Elijah (John the Baptist), before the great and dreadful day of the Lord (Mal. 4:5,                          Mat.17:10-13;   Mark 9:11-13).  Jesus himself, in red letters, identified the messenger of (Mal 3:1) as John the Baptist. Malachi focused on the second coming of the Lord which will purge and purify both the priests and the people in preparation for the Messianic kingdom. (Mal 3:2)

  The refiner fire referred to a smelters fire, used to purify ore.  the launderer was for cleaning. He who has ears to hear, let him hear. (Mat 11:15-19)
  (Elijah will set the stage for the Day of the Lord and will preach righteousness and judgment and cleanse the church with a purifying fire.

John 3:5  Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6  That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
7  Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
8  The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

  Acts 1:7  And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

  Zec 14:7  But it shall be one day which shall be known to the LORD, not day, nor night: but it shall come to pass, that at evening time it shall be light.
8  And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be.
9  And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

  Yet we can say it is done,  like saying I have been saved, or some say I am being saved. I think we are saved and Christ don't lose any.
 Whichever,  Our life is hid in Him.    All this is a continuation, of the beginning of sorrows, This is after the great tribulation of  the temple,  destroyed in 70 AD.  Which I agree was His returning in judgment.  But,  I still think He is removing all that offends Him and everything is being made anew.
  I  believe that He is building His temple which He is the head and anything standing in the temple where it shouldn't, He destroys by His light,  which is His Word. Which is Jesus. And building the Church, the body of Christ, the new city, the temple of God. Which we are that temple.

  Eph 4:13  In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed,ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
Eph 1:14  Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.
Eph 4:30  And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

 Phil 1:9  And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in real knowledge and all discernment, (10)  so that you may approve the things that are excellent, in order to be sincere and blameless until the day of Christ;
(11)  having been filled with the fruit of righteousness which comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

(Luke 1:17). In John 1:23 John quotes Isaiah 40:3 with reference to the place and purpose of his ministry.

(John 1:23 NASB)  He said, "I am A VOICE OF ONE CRYING IN THE WILDERNESS, 'MAKE STRAIGHT THE WAY OF THE LORD,' as Isaiah the prophet said."

  This ending of the Old Covenant contract in that generation, was that 'which decayeth and waxeth old (which was) ready to vanish away" (Heb 8:13). This explains what Christ meant in Luke 21:22, declaring "these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled," and again, "Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all (written) be fulfilled". Christ fulfilled the covenant, through this very destruction.

Isa 61:2  To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

Isa 61:2  To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, andthe day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn
 2Ti 2:12 If we endure, we shall also reign with Him; If we deny Him, He also will deny us; 13  If we are faithless, He remains faithful; for He cannot deny Himself.
1 Th 5:24.  Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass.

 1 Pet 3:22  Now Christ has gone to heaven. He is seated in the place of honor next to God, and all the angels and authorities and powers are bowing before him.
Rev 22:13  I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

 I realized that we are all at different levels, of coming to Christ and God don't work with everyone the same.  But what ever we do for the least of them, we do unto Him,  we are to love our neighbor as ourselves, but preferring one another.
 Because the world is passing away, the same for us, Jesus says "I make all thing new". The only thing remaining is God, the Word and love, and God is love.

 So if we walk after the Spirit, we should have love. And you shall know them by the love they have for one another.

  Phil 3:9-21 We have to keep pushing for the high calling of God in our lives, and look forward to the Day of Christ where we will see Him face to face and receive our new bodies like unto His.

 He must rule until everything is under His feet, and then we will see Him face to face, and receive our new bodies, (I think) the same day we are in now, the Lords Day, it all the same day, but when Paul speaks of the Day of Christ he is speaking of the end of the Lord Day, the completion and receiving our new bodies where we rule and reign with Him.

  The Lord is building His temple, His body, His Church, His new City: He has already started His gathering his people to Himself. Eph 1:9,10; Zec14:5,6,7; Pas 72:1-20;Isa 2:2,3; Isa 42:1-25; Isa 49:6,7,22,23; Isa 60:1,3-5; Hag 2:6,7,8; Mat 25:32; John 12:32; Rom 15:12; Rev 11:15; Zec 2:11; Hosea 2:23; Dan 2:44,45; Isa 60:3-14; Rev 12:10.

This paragraph is from Todd Dennis, which I agree with,  I think he has hit the nail on the head,  Calling it "The Second Coming Of Christ is the Day of the lord.

     The Biblical descriptions of the day of the Lord, then, most notably the 'rapture' verse of I Thess. 4-5, clearly place the gathering and destruction of the Old Covenant wicked (tares) as being the same time as the gathering of those of faith under the Old Covenant. It is hereby clearly identified as being the 'second coming' of Christ.

The 'Second Coming' Of Christ is the Day of the Lord,  He is the one gathering us to Himself now, and after He makes everything anew,  we will see Him face to face, and receive a body like unto His.

 John 14:18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
 Mat 18:20  For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
 Mat 28:20  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
 Rev 3:20  Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
 Rev 21:3  And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
4  And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

                                                             John 8:31-32
                             "If you continue in my word, you are truly my disciples;
                           and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.

                                Prayer of St. Francis"
                             Anonymous, 19th century, English

                  LORD, make me an instrument of Your peace.
                              Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
                              Where there is injury, pardon;
                              Where there is discord, union;
                              Where there is doubt, faith;
                              Where there is despair, hope;
                              Where there is darkness, light;
                              Where there is sadness, joy.
               O Divine Master, grant that I may not seek so much.
                               To be consoled as to console;
                             To be understood as to understand;
                                     To be lover as to love.
                            For is in giving that we receive;
                          it is in pardoning that we are pardoning,
                     And it is in  dying that we are born to eternal life.
