Gravitational Field of Vacuum Domain Walls, Alexander Vilinkin, Physics Letters, Vol. 113B, number 3,4, 15 December 1983

An exact solution of Einstein's equations is found describing the gravitational field of a a plane vacuum domain wall. The metric has event horizons, has no true geometric singularities, and is locally flat everywhere except on the wall itself.
