11. RESEARCH TOPIC : Study of preequilibrium emission in alpha particle induced  reactions.

13. RESEARCH EXPERIENCE :

     a)    Participated in an experiment using facilities at Variable Energy Cyclotron Centre   

            (VECC) , Calcutta, India.

    b)    Post irradiation analysis has been carried out using HPGe gamma ray spectroscopy

            method with the help of multichannel analyser. 

c)     Computer codes ALICE, COMPLET etc. are used for the theoretical calculations. 

d)     Analysis of experimental data is in progress and the thesis is to be submitted soon.

e)     Participated in an experiment on “Ion beam modification of polymers” using high energy Li ions at Nuclear Science Center (NSC), New Delhi, India.

f)       Characterization of irradiated polymers are in progress using FTIR, UV-Vis, DSC and Dielectric properties at different temperature and frequencies.
