Newsflash:  The PHS JCL attended the Area F Convention on March 3-4, 2001.  We placed 3rd overall in the Sweepstakes contest-Lower division.  Congratulations to all the participants who helped to win this award.  A full list of all award recipients will be forthcoming.  Stay Tuned.
