meat craze...

so this is the thing, i've been sooo eating red meat again it's not even funny.. the good thing about that is my appetite is seizing now that i'm filling my belly with meat.. i hope this is a good sign of my imminent weight loss... i do feel more energy when i eat meat instead of all the other crap i've been ingesting in my body as of late. the liquor is part of my problem... i've tired to quit cold turkey but it hasn't been a success.. i'm still working on that though... at least i'm cutting down a lot when i drink now, so that's a sign of good faith.. today i get to go to work, but i don't think i'll be able to eat meat there... well meat that's any good. just gotta wait and see cause i get paid today so who knows if i'll be able to munch on some meat or maybe something else like shrimp which is also good for the body...

i "think" i may be back

hey everybody, long time it's been since i was able to grace the presence of a computer screen. hopefully that will have changed and i can speak to you all again on the regular basis... i've been ok i guess, just a little lost... i can't really explain right now but i think i'm getting better, lets hope so, just incase... well may write later or something...
