Scholarship:
One of the first obliations any member has, both to herself and to Phi Sigma Sigma, is scholastic excellence. When you are offered a bid to Phi Sigma Sigma, you indicate your willingness to do your best to live up to this responsibility. This means you will strive to meet the scholarship requirements for initiation and to maintain exemplary scholarship after initiation. The very fact that you joined Phi Sigma Sigma means that you have the ability to succeed. The university setting has many opportunities for leadership and involvement, but the top priority in college is academic success.

We at Phi Sigma Sigma put our education in high priority. We are all here to get an education. We have a Scholarship Support Group. We tutor each other in classes and we have study groups. We have Scholarship Files which contain tests and notes from previous classes to aid sisters in their studies. We reward our sisters with surprises and during finals we have special study breaks to help everyone destress. Many people believe that being Greek will lower your grades but Phi Sig has proven this to be false. Our sisters' grades have improved through their years as sisters due to hard work, support, and encouragement from their sisters.
