Linda attended Troy State from Sept 1959 to December 1961. She atteded Mississippi Southern in 1962 summer school and winter quarter 1963. She attended business school from August 1965 to December 1966. She went to the Special Technical Trade School for Blind and Deaf in Talladega until after she got marred in September 1967.
They lived in Dothan and Birmingham for a while, and was divorced in December 1968.
Linda later married Roy Nelson and they run a filling station in Lafayette.
Linda has two children, Eddie and Melanie.
