Cynthia was an employee of Central Baldwin Bank in Robertsdale from November 1959 until August 1962.
Cynthia and Sam (Benson) were married September 4th, 1962 and moved to Vienna, West Virginia where Sam had a job with DuPont. Timothy was born in West Virginia before they moved back to Mobile in January 1965 to work for Alabama Power Company. They transferred to Jackson, Alabama in May 1965.
Their second son, Roger, was born in July of 1968 in Jackson, then they were transferred to Thomasville, Alabama in August 1968. They were there for eight months then transferred back to Jackson when Sam was promoted to Districk Superintendent.
Cynthia and Sam moved into their new home in 1970 with hopes of no more transfers for a long time.
They added a daughter to the family in October of 1972.

Last year when I spoke with Cynthia, she commented that they now travel to Houston, as their son Roger now works at Compaq Computer headquarters in Houston.
