Rhino invited Matt to join Quo this year when Jeff decided to leave.
Matt turned professional when he left school at the age of 16.
Matt is already familiar with Quo material, he bought the Quo singles Rain and Roll Over Lay Down.
Matt has also seen Quo play. He went to see them play at Knebworth the same year as Queen was on the same bill.
