What Happens?

Selected British students spend the summer in Romania with five
(Galati) or seven week (Bucuresti, Craiova, Iasi, Sibiu, Timisoara) placements in their university. The have two teaching periods during this time, split in half by a week off to explore.
Money and accomodation

Accommodation is provided and free for the British University participants, although flights and expenses are not paid for. (Universities and college will sometimes give out travel grants, however)

How much you spend over the two months depends very much on what you want to do. However, currently flights are around 200 pounds and usually a little more than this is spent over the time in the placement. Students placed in Bucuresti should expect to spend a little more than those elsewhere, as the capitol is slightly more expansive (as in England)
