Welcome To Out Of The Shadows

"Christian, you may see me only as a drunken, vice-ridden gnome whose friends are just pimps
and girls from the brothels. But I know about art and love, if only because I long for it with
every fiber of my being." Toulouse-Lautrec

The Bohemians

The Bohemians- 'Children Of The Revolution'

The Bohos are trying to put together a totally bohemian musical spectacular for the stage of the Moulin Rouge.
There is:
Toulouse played by John Leguizamo who is a artist, alcoholic and designer of sets.

The Doctor-played by Gary McDonald who is mystic inventor who is in love with explosions.

Satie played by Matthew Whittet is a eccentric musical genius and electronic experimentalist.

The Unconscious Argentinian played by Jacek Koman who is a narcoleptic actor and a tango dancer.

The Bohos are the first to meet Christian when he comes to Paris. The Argentinian falls through Christian's ceiling when he becomes unconscious. They need someone to stand in for the Argentinian so they ask Christian. The Bohos are writing music for their new play that they wish to present to Harold Zidler at the Moulin Rouge. All seems to be going badly until Christian comes up with "The hills are alive with the sound of music". They love what Christian has sung and they convince him to write their play and go to the Moulin Rouge and present some of his poetry to "The Sparkling Diamond", Satine. There leads a comical adventure as they pitch their play 'Spectacular! Spectacular'.
The Bohemians

The Bohemians
Christian: I can't write for the Moulin Rouge. Toulouse-Lautrec: But why not?
Christian: I'm not even sure I am a real bohemian revolutionary!
Toulouse-Lautrec: What? Don't you believe in freedom?
Christian: Well, of course I do...
Toulouse-Lautrec: Beauty?
Christian: Yes.
Toulouse-Lautrec: Truth?
Christian: Yes.
Toulouse-Lautrec: Love?
Christian: Love? Above all things I believe in love! Love is like oxygen. Love is a many-splendored thing, love lifts us up where we belong, all you need is love! Toulouse-Lautrec: See? You can't fool us! We're The Children of the Revolution, we can't be fooled!
