ROSWELL
     1947
PART 3
On July 9th 1947, reports went out that the crashed object was not a flying saucer but was a weather balloon. While this was happening clean up crews were clearing up the debris in the field. Bud Payne, a rancher at Corona, was trying to round up a stray. He was spotted by the millitary and forced of the Foster ranch. Jud Roberts along with Walt Whitmore were also turned away by the millitary, as they approached the debris site.

As the debris was been cleaned up it was sent back to the base and stored in a hanger before being flown out to a secret destination.

Walt Whitmore and Lyman Strickland went back into town and saw their friend Mac Brazel being escorted by three millitary officers, Brazel egnored the two men which was very unlike Mac, and headed to the Roswell Daily Record offices, were he changed his story. He now claimed to have found the debris on the 14th July. Brazel also said that he had found weather observation devices on two other occasions.

That same afternoon, an officer from the base retrieved all the copies of Haut's press release from the radio station and the news paper offices.

Reports of flying saucer fell of sharply as the millitary began a concentrated campaige to stop all rumors of the Roswell incident. Then the debuking began and still going on to this day.

To this day the millitary still deny that any thing happened at Roswell, although they have changed there story a couple of times. They changed the weather balloon  story to the top secret project mogal, a high altitude balloon that tested radiation at high altitudes.

This is the Roswell story with out the conspiracies and paranoia. I will leave it up to the reader to decide if the story is real or a modern day fairytale.
