Mr. Sutherst says: I have checked this movie film and I can confirm that it was correctly manafactured and processed. "I can also say that the images on the film were formed optically, so they actually existed as you see them". Mr. Duran showed me more than 1000 negatives from the film this week. Several shots have already been inspected by Britain's Contact International organisation, whose scentific advisers believe that the film depicts alien craft. From London the group's scentific research officer, Mr. Derek Mansell, said: "The light's are definitely not those of aircraft. Space agencies have confirmed that there was no debris entering the earth's atomosphere at that place or time". Jose Luis Duran told me: "The first thing I saw, before Igrabbed my camera, was a red and blue light, moving from the north-west over powerlines towards the back of my house. The object was coming from the ocean. "I was a paratrooper and was trained to identify planes by sight, sound and speed. This was no plane. "I got my movie camera-an electronic Canon auto-zoom 10-14 using high-speed Ekta-chrome 160 film-and took pictures. "Behaving very much as if it was trying to attract attention, the object, flashing bright lights, changed direction several times - then headed for a big brilliant star Venus. " I am delighted that Venus is also on the film, as experts cannot now claim that is what I saw". Mr. Durans film, taken at 4.17am seems to show little more than a brightly moving object. But, inspired by the Channel 10 Network's UFO film, taken over New Zealand would be computer-tested, he decided to analyes his own footage. From a friend, Mr. Eddie Clark, who manages a scentific equipment store, he borrowed a 7000 dollor Olympus BH system electon microscope. Painstakingly, at the heartbreakingly slow rate of one frame per hour, he took the 1075 micro-pictures and are now startling scentific observers. Mr. Duran said: "Photographic experts asure me that the major object, an immense multi-layered ball, is at least 1200 ft in diameter. "It's so big that in one shot, it fills the frame from one end to the other. "But what staggers us most is what we can see, at 1000 magnification, emerging from the craft. "One picture shows an object, classic flying saucer bell-shape, moving away from the immence ball. " In other pictures seemingly living occupants, with gold helmets and space-cords, can be seen though portholes and moving about the craft's surface. |
