The Council met.

Brig'r Gen'l LACEY having been appointed one of the Commissioners for Collecting of Clothing in the County of Bucks, which his duty as Brig'r Gen'l will so far interfere with the said appointment as to make it necessary to appoint another Commissioner in his stead ; thereupon,

Ordered, That John KERR, of the County of Bucks, be appointed Commissioner for the Collecting of Clothing in the said County, in the room & stead of John LACEY, Esq'r, appointed to be a Brigadier General.
