Major Gen'l Armstrong attended in Council & conferred with them on the situation of our Army.

Ordered, That Colo. LACEY, take the Command of the Militia of this State, which may be Stationed between Schuykill & Delaware, until further orders.

Ordered, That Colo. KIRKBRIDE be directed to send out Thirty Light Horse, to be commanded by a Coronet, to do duty in the Camp under Colo. LACEY...
