US Grand Lodge. Besides being the site of US Grand Lodge, this contains contacts for OTO bodies worldwide, an updated version of the official history of the OTO plus other useful information on the Order.

OTO Germany. German and English material, includes links to many European bodies.

Scarlet Woman Lodge, Austin, Texas. One of the better-designed OTO body sites out there.

Leaping Laughter Lodge, Minneapolis.  Hosts a selection of Crowley and Achad texts as well as English translations of the writings of Mansur al-Hallaj.

College of Thelema / Temple of Thelema. An independent Thelemic Order founded in service to the A.'.A.'. (Jane Wolfe / Phyllis Seckler lineage).

The Gnostic Alchemical Church of Typhon-Christ. English Qaballa, astrological rituals, etc.

The Hermetic Alchemical Order of QBLH. An independent Thelemic magical order. Site includes English Qabala material and occult art by W.W. Webb and others.

The Austin Osman Spare Archive. Good selection of Spare artwork and writings.

Babalon.net. Writings by and about Jack Parsons plus other material connected with the Babalon archetype. Fun.

The Book of Abramelin.  German and English material concerning this influential work on magick.

Boudicca's Bard. Huge online archive of occult texts and images. Material in German, English and Dutch. Most documents are zipped text files.

The Centre for Rosicrucian Studies. Links and essays on Rosicrucianism; also home to the Parzival project, an online collection of the writings of the much-maligned Marcelo Motta. Lots of annoying popups though.

Greater Thelema.  Collection of essays and links, as well as some classic magical texts in PDF format.

The Hermetic Library. Includes Hermetic and Neoplatonic texts, works by Crowley, Ben Rowe, Bill Heidrick, Sam Webster and others.

The Ida Craddock Project. Material by and about this under-appreciated 19th-century writer on sexual mysticism. Includes the complete text of her Heavenly Bridegrooms and Psychic Wedlock (the latter a major influence on Loius Culling and the G.B.G.)

The John Dee Publication Project. Clay Holden's site with the early Dee diaries in PDF format.

The John Dee Society. Has Charlotte Fell Smith's biography in PDF format; otherwise not much content.

L.U.U. Kabal. Homepage of Leeds University's pagan and occult society.

Norton's Imperium.  One of the best sites for Enochian Magick out there.  Also includes the complete Lemegeton in PDF format plus other classic magical texts.  [Following the death of Ben Rowe, whose site it was, Norton’s Imperium has closed.  Many of the documents there hosted have been mirrored across the Web; some can be found at Hermetic Library, others at hermetics.org]

The O.T.O. Phenomenon. A detailed, if somewhat hostile, historical study of the O.T.O. and related movements by P.R. König.

P.B. Randolph's Magia Sexualis. A study of this classic work by Paul Allen.  Randolph is believed to have been (through the intermediary of the H.B. of L.) an early influence on the O.T.O.  This page is part of Allen's Franz Bardon Site which has masses of material relating to this influential 20th century magician.

The Rosicrucian Archive.

The Internet Sacred Text Archive.  Massive archive of materials from world religion, mythology, folklore, magick.  Highly recommended.

Twilit Grotto. Amazing archieve of the literature of Renaissance occultism; also includes several classic grimoires.


Booksellers, publishers, etc

Atlantis Books. Famous London occult bookshop, founded 1922.  The above link no longer works.  What appears to be a new site for Atlantis Books is at www.hyksos.com/atlantis/ .

Caduceus Books. Catalogue page of the excellent second-hand occult bookseller. Great source for Crowley and Spare first editions and rarities... if you can afford them.

Chthonios Books. British esoteric bookseller (new and secondhand) and publisher, specialising in classical and Renaissance material. This site also has a few essays on Neoplatonist themes.

Kessinger Publishing. Publish reprints of rare esoteric and Masonic works.  Partial previews of many of their works are available through Google Books.  Production quality on their publications is not great, but many of these texts are otherwise unobtainable for those not prepared to spend large amounts of money on the antiquarian market.

Luxor Press. US occult publisher.  Recent publications include works on the Masonic Rite of Memphis, hard-to-find titles by C.S. Jones and two studies of the Hermetic Brotherhood of Light, one of the precursors of the O.T.O.

Mandrake of Oxford. English occult publisher / mail order bookseller, associated with Oxford Golden Dawn Occult Society.  Not to be confused with Mandrake Press of Thame, Oxfordshire.

Mandrake Press of Thame, Oxfordshire.  Major UK distributor of occult books, also publish a selection of esoteric works (mainly reprints) on the Mandrake, First Impressions and I-H-O imprints, including reissues of works by Austin Spare and Gerald Gardner.

Scarlet Imprint.  Small press specialising in talismanic publication of books on Magick, including The Red Goddess, an exploration of the Babalon archetype, and Howlings, a collection of essays on aspects of the Grimoire tradition.
