Most of these essays were bound up in the original edition of The Sword of Song (1904), either as appendices or embedded in the lengthy notes to the poems "Ascension Day" and "Pentecost."  Berashith had previously been published in 1902 in a slightly earlier version.  The Initiated Interpretation of Ceremonial Magic first saw print as an introductory essay to the Mathers-Crowley Goetia and the version in The Sword of Song was identical save for the addition of one or two extra footnotes.  Time, and The Excluded Middle (the latter a parody of the former) were appended to The Sword of Song in volume II of Crowley's Collected Works (1906); Qabalistic Dogma appeared at the end of volume I and was reprinted in part 5 of The Temple of Solomon the King in the EquinoxEleusis was printed as an "Epilogue and Dedication" at the end of vol. III.

Key entry and formatting on all of the above by Frater T.S.; may need further proof reading.
