Hi Guys, The big news this week is SCX, They have apparently been saving up for a big push and here it is!
Last week I told you about the Audi R8 Pro kit 50260, which has proven to be a runaway best seller. Once the local racers got their hands on them and found out they were super handling, fast AND beautiful these kits are almost gone at $69.99.
This week’s bow shots come in the form of the long awaited Dale Earnhardt Goodwrench #3 car that Dale made famous. This car comes in a special limited edition type box with great photos and graphics. I love the car and hate the price. I am guessing SCX had to pay DEI lots of $$ in licensing as these beauties are also $69.99 each.

Also in stock in a more timely fashion than previous limited edition Vintage racers is the limited edition BRM P261 driven by legend Graham Hill in 1964. The car is tiny when placed next to the 1950’s vintage Scalextric or Cartrix F1’s and is equally small next to the 1976 GP cars from Scalextric or Fly. Priced at $59.99 I am looking forward to seeing how they perform on the track.

From Ninco:
50444 Ascari KZ1 GIGAWAVE, This GT has beautiful flowing lines that are somewhat reminiscent of a Mosler. I believe this will be the car used in the American qualifying races for the Ninco World Cup Super GT. If you stop by the store I have details on the Ninco race (sorry I only have one hard copy, 6 pages, and can not send this electronically). The Ascari is $55.99 and features the great handling angle winder chassis with the NC5 Speeder motor.

20133 MT900R set with two Moslers. The featured cars are the Gulf Mosler in the famous light blue/orange colors and the ParisHotels Mosler in orange and dark blue. Both cars have the angle winder chassis, with NC 5 motor and active suspension. $1887.99.
From Scalextric: C2806 is the #1 F1 Mercedes Mclaren of F. Alonso and is almost identical to the De La Rosa’s McLaren Mercedes in last week’s newsletter.
C2803 is the vintae Ferrari 375 F1 #12 which is the plastic
version of the historic first slot car made by Scalex Electric (now Scalextric)
which will be available in a correct tin version in the limited edition
set coming out later this year. $47.99
I was shorted my order of these cars but have been promised the balance will be
sent as soon as another container arrives in the

From Carrera:
Carrera has just released two beautiful and very different Red Bull F1 cars. The first is
27182 Red Bull RBI2005 with the 2007 livery, driver #14 $38.99 and

27184 Toro Rosso (Red Bull) STR1 with the less traditional livery, driver #18. $38.99
