Catalogue/Discography
The Semi-Good Looking Band, "One" (CRAP001): inaugural release by this faceless collective of ladies and gentlemen. although every sglb disc promises to be wildly different, this one falls on the pleasant side of Metal Machine Music. endless layers of digital destruction, randomly coming together and separating, but amazingly cohesive. an exhausting listen, at the very least. released as a split with the wonderful eyewish recording imprint. first run limited to 25 copies.

Tweeter Blower, "Apnea" (CRAP002): militantly lo-fi in construction, using only a circuit-bent sampling keyboard and various oddball sound sources. all improvised and recorded on a cheap 1970s tape deck with condenser mic for added tape hiss. a semi-concept album about the loss of breath, very claustrophobic and suffocating. released in conjunction with the mighty 90's sister label, the goat compels you... cover art supplied by mr. shawn wilbur at libertatia laboritories.

[M], (CRAP003): moments of beauty and terror, full head trip in sensurround. kind of like writing the phrase "post-rock" on a yellowed piece of newspaper, crumpling it into a ball, and throwing it at icelandic popstars. we like, you should like.

Gremlin Sound, "Chinese Democracy" (CRAP004):
all data, all the time. humorous death-glitch-core, all short tracks made from samples of raw data sounds. done on the cheap, with demo software and duct tape. technology hates you. gremlins are real. dedicated to axl rose's mental illness(es).

Future Releases

The Semi-Good Looking Band, "Two": unfinished and the members (supposing there are any...) refuse to divulge contents as of yet. a statement from member and honorary mouthpiece, cornelius defect, reads, "since we don't get to hear it until it's done, neither do you. expect more. expect overload. too much is better than not enough." i take it that it'll be quite a racket.

*x out yr eyes*, tba: a split release with the goat compels you... imprint, featuring the masterminds behind tweeter blower and the eighth orifice. shaping up to be some power electronics, from proto-industrial, throbbing gristle-inspired insanity to straight broken toy noise to digital sound fuckery to semi-structured songs. eat them and smile.

Brown Recluse, tba: ms. eliza shumaker is working on a recording at the moment, and even the half-finished tapes have a good amount of blippity-bloop and kerrranggg.

Elephant After Elephant, "King Supreme and Yawbus, the Two-Taled Devil": mr. shawn wilbur is cookin' up something with the fires of brimstone. the second EAE project, following closely on the heels of the massively popular, "Numbertopus."  an album of good against evil, right vs. wrong, "very good, i knew you could do it" or "oh, sorry, try again." something to do with war, dogma, and fast food. "you gotta ask yrself, son, what's gonna be, Big Buford or Big Chicken?"

Swine Flu, "Auscultations of the Heart": an n-tron/tweeter blower collaboration using the sounds of cardiac arhythmia as beats. songs for the broken hearted. still theoretical, maybe out this summer.

NESCIENT, "Bendtendo": an e.p. of radically reconfigured and noisily destroyed remixes of classic nintendo NES games, using a game genie and digital processing. available eventually. check out the nintendo devotion section
here, and contribute if you like.
