1. login as root or sudo bash
2. mount /dev/hda1 /mnt          (assuming hda1 is your windows drive)
3. cd /mnt                       (now your windows files are in the /mnt directory)
4. ls -l   (there's you win2k partition! read-only of course)
5. umount /dev/hda1     (don't forget, just like your floppy, to unmount when done)
