"Colarado" - Xandra
"Colorado, fly with me to Colorado, Colorado, across the sea to Colorado"
The Dutch Final was held on February 7th at the RAI in Amsterdam, hosted by Martine Bijl. All of the songs were sung by Xandra, and the winner was chosen by the votes of 11 juries which were composed of people from the same profession, e.g. firemen, nurses, TV Personalities. Each jury had 10 points that they could freely give to any of the songs.

Xandra had already represented the Netherlands in 1972 and 1976 (as Sandra Reemer). She also came equal 7th in the 1970 Dutch Final. At the ESC she came 12th.
