The Belgian Final was held on February 5th at the Amerikaans Theater in Brussels, hosted by Luc Appermont. There were 3 groups participating, and each of them had their own semi-final in the 3 weeks before the final - for details of the semi-finals click here: BELGIAN SEMI-FINALS 1977 In the first part of the final, each of the groups performed their 2 songs, which were voted on by 192 people in the audience.

The female members of Dream Express were Bianca, Patricia and Stella who had all been in "Hearts of Soul" that represented the Netherlands in 1970.
