"Dukkemann" - Kirsti Sparboe
The Norwegian Final was held on February 25th at the Centralteatret in Oslo, hosted by Jan Voigt. Each of the songs were performed twice (by different performers) - firstly with a small band, and secondly with an orchestra. The winning song was chosen by the votes of 10 regional juries.

Kirsti Sparboe came 14th equal at the Eurovision. She had already represented Norway in 1965, as well as taking part in the 1966 Norwegian Final.
