This web site is dedicated to the alumni and friends of Nanyang University (Nantah).

Nantah produced 10,908 graduates in its 25 years of existence from 1955 to 1980. This is not a large number.

It may be fair to say that the number of alumni keeps decreasing. How many will be around in 2020 or 2050?

However, friends of Nanyang University are everywhere and keep increasing. Friends include the unsung heroes, the people who worked for and contributed to Nantah in its days of existence, the people who supported and are still supporting the ideals of Nantah and people that we can win over as friends. Even people who have been critical of Nantah, they are still friends.

True it has been nice to have worldwide alumni reunions with the last one was held in Vancouver in Canada in June 2000. But why confine the reunion to graduates of Nanyang University 1955-1980 and invited guests?

The reunion offers a golden opportunities to win more friends for Nanyang University. Open the reunion for example to the graduates of Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and let them join us to celebrate the get-together as friends. Perhaps it is time to promote mutual understanding, respect and co-operation between Nantah graduates and NTU.

Jesus knew no enemies. It may be a difference of opinion or misunderstanding or style. I do not think Nanyang University had enemies unless someone want to made himself an enemy.
