The inaugural edition of Nantah Newsletter will be posted to this web site in September/October 2000. Editorial policy will be announced soon. The assistance, suggestion and contribution of articles from alumni and friends of Nanyang University are most welcome.

Received greetings to the Newsletter from Professor Teh Hoon Heng (in English).

The objective of the Newsletter is to maintain contacts and re-kindle friendships. It is primarily opened to the alumni of Nanyang University. Nantah issues may be reported but not debated upon. The Newsletter promotes humanitarianism, compassion, understanding, reconciliation, most and not least the Spirit of Reasonableness.

On my invitation, Dr Cham Tao Soon, the President of Nanyang Technological University is delighted to send greeting message to Natah alumni for publication in the Newsletter (in English).

The complication of handling Chinese charcters has caused a delay. Hope to get the Newsletter ready by 1 November 2000.
