Here's Kevin with his Dhufish. Pronunciation for that in Texan would be, "Jewfish". One fillet off that sucker was enough to feed the three of us and what a nice meal it was. Sorry dad, but Vaughn's doesn't hold a candle to this and garlic prawns. |

And here's our catch. From left to right...Dhufish, Thickskin Shark, 3 Knife Jaws and 4 Pink Snappers. If one fillet from the Dhufish was enough to feed three adults then just imagine what all of that could feed. Our freezer just couldn't handle all of it so that's why the neighbors ended up happy. |
