Pronounced "Thlamheegin er door" This creature is also known as "The Water Leaper. The Water Leaper is a creature mentioned in the tales of Welsh fishermen. These creatures are said to dwellin fresh water, anywhere from rivers, ponds, and streams to swamps and moorlands.
This creature is said to break fishing lines and devour sheep that fell into rivers. The Water Leaper has a habit of shrieking frightfully to startle and unnerve fishermen & shepherds so they would fall into the water and share the fate of the sheep.
Water Leapers are said to resemble a large toad or bullfrog with wings like a bat instead of legs. They have sharp teeth and a long tail.
