What can I say?--The guy thinks he's the most intelligent being around, and refuses to ever concede an arguement..
He doesn't have a contact...he once told me it was because he was getting flamed by 'stupid Robotech fans'!
Well fuck that. I've had enough of this. Its one thing to have an opinion, and believe me, I do respect the idea that each and every being is entitled to hold their own opinion without fear of malice. However, on the same token, people are never entitled to be jerks and mock others and their ideas simply because they are different. I hold no malice toward those who hate Robotech; I do fiercely dislike those who feel that they have the right to speak against it without presentation in a logical format. In the end, you're free to love Macross just as I am free to love Robotech, and all that you losers need to do is get it through your dumbassed skulls and respect that.
And this is never to say that because I love Robotech that I do not like Macross. In fact, I honestly believe that Do You Remember Love? is the greatest animated film of all time, and that Macross Plus is the greatest Original Video Animation (OVA) of all time. Why are they so?--Probably because I gave them a decent chance, which is more than I can say for the Robotech haters who, upon the mere mention of my favourite label, scream foul and act like children, frightened of something that is contrary to their security blankets.
For too long, you assholes have hung-around Robotech.com speaking like foolish dogs on cloudy days. Your words never add to the joy of conversation, so all that you really do is make the site less enjoyable for people such as myself. Recall which website you're on before the next time you enter, and take a look around (for once)--there's like, a million of us and about twenty of you, so, I suppose that I cannot blame you for being so malicious. After all, hungry dogs get desperate and mean, so yeah, you poor starving fans with no place to go...how I do feel pity for you!
But don't take it out on us. Just because Robotech.com allows you to speak your minds, blatantly harassing Robotech without purpose, doesn't mean that you are in the right. In fact, you are far from it. You enjoy jumpin' the ship of your supposed flagship website, MacrossWorld.com, because, of course, the mental retards that hang-out over there have little intelligent things to discuss, as they're too busy bashing Robotech whenever they get the chance. I know. I've been there. And its disgusting. Just like you. But hey, if that's where Macross fans hang-out, then why not?--Talk about a site that truly represents the fandom!
And that's what makes me laugh. Every time that I hear you guys try to talk about Robotech and Macross and whatever gibberish you wanna spew, it comes-off as so pitiful that I can't even laugh. I wanna cry. Why?--Because your words are so stupidly biased that its shameful for the human race to utter such things. Why are you like this? Can you not simply understand that different people have different ideas?--Ah yes. I realised this long ago: You can't. And even if you could, you wouldn't. Because you all get-off on bashing Robotech, otherwise, it would have ended long ago.
But again, I can't blame you. When Robotech is still a cultural icon in the United States and Macross is but a relation to our beloved series, then sure, you get desperate to try to be different. Its easy to see: You're poseurs. Oh, really? Is that too harsh to say?--Yeah, well live with it, because if you'd stop saying hardcore-anime-fan-blub like "The Japanese voice acting is much better," or "Yeah, but the Japanese story was heckuh superior," then maybe you'd see that, even though Robotech is American and not Japanese (I'll save you kiddies the talk on how idiotic that one is), that its loved and adored by millions for a reason:
Its just that damn good.
And you all still hate it?
I've tried talking civilly with you guys before, and in the same fashion that you talk about Robotech, you talked to me, and that's just plain rude.
So fuck off. Have fun. As my Daddy always said: "Kids who refuse to listen need a good beatin'," and even though I strongly dislike fighting, I would certainly kick any one of your asses if I met you in person.
Why?
Because I care about Robotech, and you don't, and its my duty as a fan to make sure that assholes like you don't ruin our world with your stupidity.
