WILDING NIGHTS was the first book I've read by the very talented Lee Killough, but it for sure won't be the last! The story revolves around the main character who is not only a cop, but also a werewolf. Ms. Killough has created a whole society of "volke" and describes their "shifting" from human guise to werewolves so clearly that I was able to picture the action in my mind.

In WILDING NIGHTS, there is a rogue volke on the loose, who is killing humans. Allison Goodnight is determined to not only solve the case but protect the other volke from discovery by humans. I was fascinated by the detailed history Ms. Killough has developed for the volke race.

The story moves along quickly, keeping the reader engrossed in the action. I was sorry to reach the end, and will be searching out copies of Ms. Killough's other works since this book was so enjoyable.
