Erika Michelle has crafted a fine modern day battle between good and evil in her debut novel HEAVEN'S FURY ON HELL'S CAFÉ. It's a tale of two Gen Xer's from a small town in upstate New York. Sam and Joe have known each other forever and been friends since childhood despite their differences. When Sam's boss threatens to fire him if he doesn't go into rehab for his drinking problem, Sam lies and tells him he's going to New York City for treatment. But what Sam REALLY has in mind is nights of partying in the Big Apple. Sam talks his pal Joe into going with him and the two embark on a dark journey that could lead them straight to hell! Will Sam and Joe see the light in time to save themselves or will Satan triumph? Read this book and find out for yourself!

Erika Michelle paints a vivid picture of what life can throw at the youth of today and what can happen if faith is forsaken. Liberally sprinkled with bible scripture, HEAVEN'S FURY ON HELL'S CAFÉ is a book I think every church should have on their shelves. I believe it could be used as an effective teaching tool for not only Generation X, but for everyone who feels they don't understand the temptations the younger generation wades through everyday.
