This is the first in the Hitchcock Sewell (undertaker extraordinaire) series. It's another one I bought just because I loved the title and, again, I wasn't disappointed. When a beautiful woman shows up asking about making funeral arrangements for herself, Baltimore undertaker Hitchcock Sewell can't help but be intrigued. And when the woman disappears, he can't stop himself from digging deeper into the mystery. This is a highly entertaining book that deals with murder, political corruption, dirty videos and ever dirtier cops. I found myself giggling, laughing out loud and sitting on the edge of my seat through the entire book. Tim's publisher, Hyperion, has signed him for four more in the series! A big round of applause for him! The second in the series, HEARSE OF A DIFFERENT COLOR, is due out February 2001 and Tim's hard at work writing number three even as we speak.
