A completely different setting for me, the dangerous and mysterious Florida swampland is where LuAnne Fogarty resides. Lunging into the waters with LuAnne as she dives for the authorities, she locates a body. It is an older lady. Thus, the story begins with the reader turning the pages as quickly as possible.

The author's visual writing will allow you to go underwater and swim into the caves with LuAnne. You can hear the buzzing of the mosquitoes. Reptilians galore and "that uncomfortable Southern humidity" will put you into the framework of this narrative. A well told story that reveals murder, secrets, drug trade and romance will have you wanting more information about LuAnne and her life.
