The Frantic Project - Submission 2, Magnus Koeber
-------------------------------------------------

Hi Greg and all you other interested people out there.
I have named my submission to F.P. Frantic2.mid and
frantic2.syx.
The syx-file incorporates 3 more part-assignments
in addition to Gregs 3. The patches have not been
modified so you dont really have to load the syx
file. Just setup the channels like this:

4: Midied Grand (A17)
5: Real Pizz(ed?)(B12)
6: Square Lead (B76)

My submission is in fact both a vertical addition
and a horisontal one, but mainly the last. I'm
trying to insert a break/bridge/whatever to break
up the bit monotonous theme of frantic.
Hope you don't mind Greg, it's just an idea.
I'm interested in feedback and ideas. I'm not really
sure if the change in tempo and style is a bit
too much, splitting up the theme instead of enriching
it. I'm still a very amateur musician so be gentle with
those flame-throwers, ok? :-)

Magnus

PS: When I test-loaded the frantic2.mid in CakeWalk
(which I use as a sequencer) it suddenly had 12 small
.syx files in it. I didn't think that .mid files
could contain such files and anyway: I didn't make those
files!?
