Program: SJV2LST
----------------
Runs on a PC only.

Input: A raw sysex file containing either:
	 - A performance bulk dump (32 performances, 17760 bytes)
	 - A patch bulk dump (128 patches, 82304 bytes)
	 - A drum bulk dump (2 drum-keymaps, 8878 bytes)
	 from the JV-1080 (or SUPER-JV).

Output: An instrument definition file to be used in a sequencer,
with extension .lst. It's a list of all the
	 performance/patch/drum numbers/names in your input-file.
These files can be used directly in Cakewalk for Windows.
The definitions are almost equal for other sequencers,
so that it's easy to convert these to other sequencers.

Syntax: SJV2LST <input-file>
