Conditions of use

FOR COPYING AND DISTRIBUTING MERLIN PROGRAM.

Merlin is freeware,You are enabled to use and copy it, its files and program ,as much as you
need, and pass it to other people, provided that :

	- You include the full setup pack. That's a must ,or you should not be able to run it
	  at all.

	- Include also, all related documentation and readme files, to help other people start
	  working with it.

	- You are not allowed to sell that package, for it is free by nature, but of course you
can charge little fees for distributing it in any computer media, like disks and CDs.

FOR USING AND MODIFYING MERLIN SOURCES

I plan to make Merlin source files available here in a few days ( Just need some spare time).
Maybe something of my work in merlin , can be useful for your own applications.

It was very difficult for me to find midi examples when I started Merlin a year ago, so maybe
I can help someone in the same circumstances. Please note that I never planned to publish Merlin
sources so, don't blame me too much if some times they look a bit clumsy.

You can use Merlin code as example, or simply reuse any part of it in your own programs ,
provided that :

	- You mention somwhere in your program that you use some code from merlin, with credit
for me ( Yes, fame and fortune that's what I look for with that).

	- You may modify merlin code as much as you want, but please do not distribute modified
code. If you have a new addition for Merlin, let me know and I would be pleased to
include it in the regular version, with credit to you of course.

	- You do not use that code to develop a commercial editor for the JV1080/XP50/XP80
Family. You are allowed to use any part of code to develop comercial editors for
other synths of course, or freeware programs for our beloved JV/XP Family.

	- Receiving a mailed copy of your program would be great(charly@kender.es)
