Sour Cream
Sauce ingredients 3/4 cup beef broth1 tbs. barbecue sauce 1/3 cup evaporated milk 1/3 cup sour cream 3 tbs. all-purpose flour directions In small bowl, combine beef broth, barbecue sauce, evaporated milk, sour cream and flour; whisk together until smooth. Pour into skillet; cook and stir over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly and thickened.Good with beef, pork or poultry. |
