Vinaigrette Dressing

1/2 cup oil

3 Tbsp wine vinegar

1 tsp salt

1 Tbsp sugar

Lemon pepper seasoning to taste

Garlic (optional - see note)

Shake all ingredients together in a bottle or whisk in a bowl.

NOTE:� Garlic left in vinaigrette tends to take on an unpleasant taste.� If you plan to include it, do so just prior to serving by rubbing the bowl with it or mincing a little very finely into the vinaigrette.

Makes about 3/4 cup.
