Topping: 1 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup self-rising flour 1/2 stick melted butter or margarine 1 cup finely chopped pecans |
| Drain and mash potatoes.
� Blend all ingredients.� Place in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Topping: Blend sugar and flour together.� Stir in butter and pecans.� Pat onto potato mixture.� Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. � |
