Sweet Potato Casserole

1 can (40 oz) sweet potatoes

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

Topping:

1 cup light brown sugar

1/2 cup self-rising flour

1/2 stick melted butter or margarine

1 cup finely chopped pecans

Drain and mash potatoes. � Blend all ingredients.� Place in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish.

Topping:

Blend sugar and flour together.� Stir in butter and pecans.� Pat onto potato mixture.� Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
