Scalloped Potatoes

5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 soup can of water

Salt and pepper to taste

Cheddar cheese, shredded

Layer sliced potatoes in greased casserole dish.� Salt and pepper to taste.� Blend soup and water; pour over potatoes.� Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.� Uncover and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.� Bake about 45 minutes or longer or until potatoes are tender.

Serves 6.
